Pre-coating film-green environmental protection printing new materials

        Author:

The precoated film was born in the United States in the late 1980 s. Since its rise, its environmental protection, ease of operation, high safety and high efficiency have been recognized by people. China since the 90 s of last century began to introduce pre-coating technology, at that time, pre-coating film mostly by imports, the price is quite expensive, only a few domestic enterprises can process low-grade high temperature pre-coating film, which to a certain extent restricts the application and promotion of pre-coating film in China. At present, in the US film market, the pre-coating film accounts for 97% of the total film, and its market share in Japan and South Korea has reached 70%. In some countries and regions in South America and Africa, the pre-coating film is also recognized and used by people. According to the "Report on the Implementation of Green Printing Results (2013)" issued by the State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television, in 2013, the use of precoated films in the country has accounted for 25% of the total amount of laminating films, an increase of about 5% over 2012. Compared with the United States and other countries, the application scale of China's precoated film is still not very large, but with the development of green printing in China, green printing is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. As a kind of green environmental protection material, precoated film will be paid more and more attention by printing enterprises.
Problems and Solutions in the Process of Pre-coating Film
        Snowflake spots on film-coated products
        Causes and solutions:
① film pressure or temperature is improper, should be appropriate to adjust the pressure or temperature; ② printing or pre-coating on the dust, impurities, should ensure that the printing and pre-coating surface clean, film should be carried out in a clean, closed workshop.
The film is not firmly bonded and the film is removed.
        Causes and solutions:
① If the ink is not dry, the drying time of the printed product should be appropriately extended to ensure that the ink is completely dry; ② If the ink contains excessive paraffin, silicon and other components, the ink should be replaced or a precoated film with better adhesion should be selected; ③ The ink used is metal ink, and the tacky precoated film should be selected; ④ The ink layer is thick, the thickness of the ink layer should be controlled or the tacky precoated film should be selected during the printing process. ⑤, if it is lower than 36mN/m, the printed product should be surface treated before laminating to increase its surface tension to 38mN/m;⑥ Too much powder spraying (anti-adhesion) on the surface of the printed product, and the amount of powder spraying should be appropriately reduced; ⑦ The water content of the paper is too high, and the water evaporation after laminating causes the paper and ink film to separate. The water content of the paper should be adjusted to balance. ⑧ fast laminating speed, low temperature, increase the film pressure, reduce the film speed; ⑨ pre-coating shelf life, should be replaced with a new pre-coating.
        Wrinkles in the coated product
        Causes and solutions:
①The tension control at both ends of unwinding is unbalanced and wavy edges occur during laminating, and the unwinding tension should be properly adjusted to balance; ②The pressure between the heating roller and the rubber roller is uneven, resulting in uneven laminating and wrinkles, and the pressure between the two should be properly adjusted; ③The pressure of the rubber roller is too large, resulting in deformation of the pre-coating film, and the pressure of the rubber roller should be properly reduced; ④The surface of the rubber roller is damaged and uneven.
